DOUBLE T ® (fibrilled polyethilene fibres and bicoloured monofilament fibres) a real new species of synthetic grass carpet, thought, patented and planned for football playing. Two yarns in only one carpet, cut at the two differents heights to guarantee a great synthetic turf stability and the best softness results.

In DoubleT® the short yarn, fibrillated and sturdy, supports the innovative and extra soft long yarn made of green bicoloured monofilament. The infill placement is much easier and faster thanks to the DoubleT® structure that allows a drastic reduction in the use of infill materials.

MONOTURF (PE monofilament) the Italgreen's memorable monofilament product line is back with a very important news: the carpets are made of yarn produced with our brand new extrusion machine, in order to offer an 100% made in Italgreen synthetic grass.

Constructed of poleofine polymers as the previous product, it distinguishes essentially for the length of the fibre and its D.TEX. The 60 mm variation grants the carpet a higher endurance in time, but maintains the same game characteristics. The studs penetrate perfectly into the turf, thus assuring the player the right grip of the shoes. The smoothness permits the sliding tackle and the perfect rebound of the ball. Ideal like the preceding material for reducing the traumas of the continuous trainings.

A glance to future with this material constituted of monofibres almost identical with the conformation of natural grass blades.  The same characteristics of real grass, even the microns of the fibres are controlled in order to be identical. The turf is in-filled with a special mixture of heavygum® registered composition, with the specific weight of sand and the elastic properties of rubber. For its characteristics heavygum® and monoturf® represent a big novelty in the world of synthetic grass.

Consisting of fibers composed of poleofine copolymers, the 52 fla and the 52 fla ft are both between the most applied green in the construction of soccer fields of modern conception. With an identical abrasion coefficient as real grass, they assure a game comfort unaltered in time. The in-fill   mixture, made up of rubber and siliceous sand, not compacted, and the holes present in the primary assure a superlative draining. The rubber latex smearing and the Thiobac pro® primary give the carpet an exceptional endurance in time.
